Mechanism of action

Minute amount of silver ions dissolved in water from NOVARONAQ are thought to inhibit the metabolic functions of bacterial enzyme and suppress their growth.

Examples of application

Application in washing water

Washed and dewatered 30g of NOVARONAQ-24 in a mesh bag and polyester fabric in an electric washing machine at the same time. Microbes from the surface of the polyester fabric are taken at 3 hours and 12 hours after washing and cultured on regular agarose gel medium.
