Aron Wall capitalizes on the superior flexibility of acrylic rubber to stop rainwater penetration and makes the coating film harder to crack even when exterior concrete walls crack due to drying shrinkage. This also prevents rebar corrosion and alkali-aggregate reactions that cause expansion cracks in concrete.

Preventing concrete degradation

A one-millimeter thick coating of Aron Wall is equivalent to an approximately five-meter thick layer of concrete. Aron Wall’s superior air tightness shuts out carbon dioxide gas, preventing concrete neutralization. When used in improvement work, Aron Wall can also effectively restore alkaline conditions.

Using a coat of Aron Wall on top of a coat of Aron Wall SH, a base shock-absorbing material, applied to cracks will prevent cracking from recurring for a long time and reduce the visibility of cracks.
