Research and development organization

The research and development organization of Toagosei consists of two divisions: the corporate management division, whose goal is to create new businesses, and the operations management division which performs research and development under various operation departments. Under the corporate research and development department, the corporate management division performs advanced research and development related to the next generation new businesses. In addition, the corporate management division performs basic technology research and research support to promote and support research and development of the operations management division and of all Toagosei group.
In the Productive Technology Center, research and development are performed that are specialized for the production technology of the existing products.
Research is conducted to develop products with high performance and added values according to the policies of each operations department.
