Visible light and UV light curable type
|
Aronix LCR series
|
Aronix LCR series is composed of adhesives that are curable using wide wavelength regions ranging from UV rays to visible light.
Visible light penetrates well through transparent and semi-transparent materials which UV rays do not penetrate. Therefore, Aronix LCR series will adhere such materials in a few seconds when it is exposed to visible light.
Visible light is safer to human body than UV rays. The light source device is also relatively cheaper for visible light.

| (2) |
Adheres in a few seconds with transparent and semi-transparent materials (PVC, polycarbonate, acrylic, and ABS) which UV rays do not penetrate |
| (3) |
A variety of products is available ranging from soft type with superior stress relaxation to hard type. Therefore, a grade can be selected according to the adherend such as resin, glass, and metal. |

UV and anaerobically curable type
|
Aronix BU series
|
Aronix BU series is composed of UV and anaerobically curable adhesives which are of a one-liquid and solvent-free type.
This series has superior tensile strength, peeling strength, and impact strength. It also has high durability. Therefore, it is used in a wide variety of fields which require reliable adhesion including low voltage appliances, electronics, and automobiles.
。
|
|
Characteristics of Aronix BU series
|
| (1) |
The working time is greatly shortened due to instant adhesion by exposure to UV rays. |
| (2) |
The areas which are not exposed to UV rays also cure for an anaerobically curable grade. |
| (3) |
Applications for adhesion expand by combining primers and heat. |
| (4) |
It is a one-liquid type, and measuring and mixing are unnecessary. Therefore, it is easy to handle. |
| (5) |
Since oligomers are the main ingredient, there is very little shrinkage. |
